Refund policy

You can return your item(s) within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

Eligible Items:

  • Clothing: Must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact.

  • Perfumes: Must be unopened, unused, and sealed in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.

  • Perfumes that have been opened or used.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if applicable).

  3. We will review your request and provide return instructions.

  4. Return shipping must be arranged by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for clothing and Perfumes if the item is defective or incorrect. To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
